SHIPPING

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Eco Chic Clothing ship to Australian addresses free of charge for orders over $150.

INTERNATIONAL
For International Orders, we offer shipping via Australia Post Express International.  The total shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout and will depend on your location and the weight of your order.  You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your delivery.  Please note customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient.  

 

WHOLESALE
For Wholesale Orders, your delivery cost will be based on your location and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER

Please allow up to 2 working days for processing of your order, should there be any delays we will advise on check out.  Parcels will arrive at most addresses within 6-10 business days however Western Australia, Northern Territory and more remote country regions will take longer

 

For international orders, if the parcel is sent by International Express it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive.  If sent by Standard International the parcel will arrive 6+ working days, depending on your location.

RETURNS

At Eco Chic Clothing we understand that sometimes things need to be returned or exchanged. No problem.  We simply ask that you contact us at info@ecochicclothing.com.au advising your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for return.  

We will then provide you with details as to how to return. 

 

Please note goods need to be :

·  returned to us within 14 days of purchase

·  in a saleable condition

·  unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or in its sealed packaging

 

Sale and Discounted items can only be returned if faulty.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made on receipt of return and by same means in which goods were purchased less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment, where we will refund you in full.
